How Many People Had Died From Eating Disorders From Any Kind Of Disease?

There are two types of eating disorders that is  too much eating (Bulimia nervosa) and avoiding to eat (anorexia nervosa). The bulimia nervosa (binge eating) can cause obesity, diabetes, hypertension and cardiovascular diseases. I have not figures of death peoples due to these eating disorders but i think that if the peoples are not dying with these disorders, they are having very bad quality of life.
