Champix (which is the trade name for Varenicline) is only available on prescription, so I'd imagine you'll have to go see your GP to obtain it.
At the same time, I'm sure your GP will be able to advise you on the side effects, my favourites of which are, dysgeusia (the alteration of the sense of taste, most smokers I know don't have one of them anyway!) and abnormal dreams... Worrying!
