These are both muslim names of Arabic origin. Arabic names usually have very beautiful meaning. These are both male names. The name Omar can have three different meanings which are Long life, first son, the highest. Whereas the name Abdullah means "Servant of God"

Aicha...with all due respect, just because the name Omar is widely used in the middle east, it doesn't make it of arabic origin, it's actually or Hebrew origin. Also note that the name Omar is not a an Islamic name, the name was around before the birth of Islam, as stated above just because the name is widely used by Muslims, doesn't make it an Islamic name.
