    Oyster Sauce recipe:

    - Chop the green onions.
    - Heat the butter.
    - Add chopped onions till soft.
    - Mix oysters, oyster water, thyme, oregano, basil and minced garlic.
    - Stir the mixture.
    - Mix butter and flour.
    - Cook to make a thick mixture.
    - Add this to the above mixture.
    - Cook the sauce over medium heat for 5 minutes.
    - Keep it aside.
    - Now add cream to the sauce.
    - Add salt and pepper.
    - Oyster sauce is ready.

      • 4 tbsp Butter
      • 1 Cup onion (chopped)
      • 8 oz. Oysters
      • 2 Cups oyster water
      • 1 tsp Thyme
      • 1 tsp Oregano
      • 2 tsp Basil
      • 4 Garlic flakes (minced)
      • 4 tbsp Butter
      • 2 tbsp Flour
      • 1 Cup cream
      • Salt and pepper to taste
