Can Anyone Offer Suggestions Based On This Little Bit Of Information?

Four year old male pit bull. Very thin, lethargic, droopy eyes, white gums. Blood found in area, but whether from vomit or a skirmish, or eating another small animal can not be determined. Very flea bitten on ears. He looks extremely unwell. Was given water and drank deeply. Can stand, but seems like its takes a lot out of him to do so. He wagged tail upon my approach, so he still has some spirit.
