In order to make an outdoor window cleaner simply take a gallon jug and add to it 1 tsp dish washing detergent, 1 pint roughness alcohol, 1/2 cup ammonia and fill in with water till the brim. That's it!
To start with gather around 1/2 cup ammonia, 1/2 cup isopropyl rubbing alcohol and 1/2 cup water. Mix all of this really well and pour it into a spray bottle. Now you mix is ready for you to spray. You can easily spray it onto your window and then wipe it and clean it with a lint free cloth. One thing is for sure this cleaner will not help you kill any kind of bacteria.
