The clocks go forward this year on Sunday March 25, so you need to put your clocks one hour forward on Saturday night.

However, if you mean the new UK Daylight Saving Bill, it was put forward by MP Tim Yeo a couple of weeks ago, but sadly didn't get enough support in the House of Commons to go any further. So for the moment we are still in a time zone which is one hour earlier than all our nearest neighbours.

They might try again in a few years - according to polls, a majority of people would like a later time - it would apparently cut down on road accidents as well as be a lot less depressing in winter!
