97 Plymouth Voyager Starts, Runs For 5 Seconds And Shuts Down, Why?
Dash cluster is unavailable, rpm, gas gauge, fuel etc, odometer blank. Wondering if alarm has something to do with this problem. Had problems recent, but rectified itself.

Check your fuse box for the gages
and as far as not starting
you could need a new altenator or you
could have sugar in your tank......

In the five seconds it is running, is there a check engine light on?
When you had the recent problem you speak of, was there a check engine light on then?
Sounds like you may have had an engine part going bad,which caused a fuse to blow, so now you could have two problems.
