How Can I Change My Internet Provider?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

In case you are not happy with your internet provider and would like to change it as soon as possible, you need to contact the internet provider centre and request him to disconnect your line. The centre will try its best to persuade you to continue the service but you need to be stern and try to negotiate if possible and try to get things done your way. In case you do not wish to do that, the centre will send a technician over at your place and remove all the cables that are attached. He will also take the main modem and the modem which is at your home.

After you are left with no internet, you should contact some other internet providers and see which price suits you the most. After selecting the internet provider, call their centre and request for a line. The centre will immediately send a technician over and take all your relevant details and start with the cabling procedure. You shall have the new cable in about two to three days depending upon their service.
