Go to the meetings 90 meeting in 90 days  is what i was told and i would find so one in there who story was almost like my own, she became my sponsor and has seen me threw a lot  of troubled times so time the  phase let go and let god helped me this is not religious  group  but find a high power and put yo trust in that the sun was mine for the longest time if you think of the word god like Good Orderly direction. Many people need to hit bottom sad to but i hope yo there  and can find freedom.there is also AA hot line were you can get together with someone and just talk detox  or over the phone.
