    Microsoft Access is one of the Microsoft Office suite. It is a relational database management system. It can also be used as a back-end for a different database.Its first version was come in the market in 1992 that was 1.0. At the start the requirement of this version Microsoft Access was the 4 MB RAM, with windows of v 3.0 and the available disk should be minimum 10 MB or 16 MB.

    Initially this version was working correctly for the low size data files but as the files reach to 700 MB size, it cause problems, because at that time hard disk size was maximum 800 MB.
    The starting name of the Microsoft Access was the Cirrus. There is forms engine in the Access which was called initially by ruby; it came before the development of Visual Basic. Later on when the Bill gates had seen the access initial software then, he decided that Visual Basic should be developed again separately as a flexible software. Then that project was named with thunder.

    The different versions of the Microsoft Access are:
    Access 1.1 developed in 1992, Access 2.0 developed in 1993, Access for windows 95 developed in 1995, then Access 97 develop in 1997, Access 2000 developed in 1999, Access 2002 develop in 2001, Access 2003 develop in 2003 and the new version of the Microsoft Office Access 2007 is developed in 2007.
