When you first download a song from the internet or any other source, it gets saved on your hard drive; the song will be saved on your hard drive as per the path you mention, like if you select C drive, the song will be saved in the C drive. But, if you do not select any path for the song to be saved, after the download finishes, the song will be automatically saved in "My Documents" by default. You can go to where the song is saved and right click on the icon. Select "Rename" option and change the label as per you like.
