Actually, beef tongue is lengua in Spanish.  Linguine is a pasta.  I've never heard anyone use it in that sense before.  A tortilla is not really a pancake, but OK, if that makes it easier for you.  Generally, a taco can be either crisp or soft.  If it's rolled up a little more like an egg roll and fried, it is a burrito.  (And, no, what Sonic calls a burrito is not really a burrito; it is a taco.)

in mexico cooking,a very thin rolled pancake with a meat filling, usually fried crisp is called a taco and if it is filled with the meat of beef tongue it could be called linguine.it is very tasty for those people who have gained a taste for things like this type.it could be said that if a mexican is going to eat a linguine he will never get a better thing to eat than this in the world of mexican cooking or food
