It is actually quite easy to make homemade mustard, provided that you have a blender, the right ingredients and a bit of patience. You must first purchase mustard seeds. You may wish to soak the seeds in a bowl of water for several hours before putting them in your blender. Once several hours have elapsed, you should grind the seeds in your blender. Alternatively, you may also use a food processor for this. Once this has been done, you should add vinegar (about 1/2 cup), as well as salt and some herbs of your choosing. Before actually consuming the mustard, you must let it sit for about a day or two, as only after this time has elapsed will you find out if it turned out as you expected.
