I have a pomeranian whose eyes just look transparent like he is looking right through me. What could this be?

Your dog needs to be examined by a veterinarian.  There is not an at home treatment that is safe to apply to your dog's eye.  Your veterinarian will assess if your dog is blind and try to determine a cause--like cataracts, retinal degeneration, other retinal disease, or lens displacement.  Other common ocular problems are corneal ulceration, anterior uveitis (an inflammation of the front chamber of the eye), and nuclear sclerosis.
Before your appointment watch your dog closely for any neurological signs and report these to your veterinarian.

How old is your dog? Is there any way he could have gotten into something he shouldn't have?  I would HIGHLY SUGGEST that you speak with a vet or get him into see one. Good Luck!
