Why Disk Boot Failure ?
Every morning my PC is giving Disk boot Failure. When i change setting in BIOS. Its booting. When i restart the system it in afternoon. This message is not appearing. I changed CMOS battery also... I can't able to reinstall OS because many Software is installed.

The problem is with BIOS. It doesn't access the hard disk. The bios settings are not saved permanently. I suggest you to clean your computer with a blower. You should also check the data cables if they are in a good condition and firmly connected. The board is creating all these problems. You might have to change it if the problem persists.
