My husband went to Iraq and he turned off his bluetooth and now i want to connect it to my cell phone and I don't know how to do it.

Ok there must be a button in your Bluetooth press it for 3 seconds it will show a light somewhere in it, then check the menu and select connectivity options in your mobile, there you will se the option of Bluetooth select it and turn it on then may be it will guide you it self.
