I Have A New Phone And I'm On Orange, But I Can't Seem To Send Photo Messages. Why Is This?

When you purchase a phone packed with features, there are some that you will need to activate. Photo messaging is one of them.

You will need to phone Orange customer services in order to activate the photo messaging feature on your phone. Once you have contacted Orange, they will ask you for your ID code and/or your password (this is the information that you create yourself when you register your SIM card to your mobile phone). You may also need to provide your name, address and postcode.

Once you have spoken to an Orange representative, you will be sent a text message to your phone informing you that your account has been updated and that you are able to send photo messages. You will need to switch the phone off and then on again to ensure that the feature is properly set up.

To get in touch with Orange, you just call 450 from your mobile phone and follow the steps from there.
