I am new, need Mortgage refinance assistance -- immediately.

I seriously doubt if any lender will refinance your property until your bankruptcy is discharged. Furthermore I don't think the court will allow it. You had better discuss this matter with your bankruptcy attorney before you do something that gets you into serious trouble.

It depends on what type of bankruptcy you have,if you have a chapter thirteen it is possible to do a fha rate and term refi.you must have been in the thirteen bk for at least twelve months and can proof that all payments have been on time.you may have enough equity to payoff the remaining debt on the bk.
