Put the video games down, stay out of the fast food restaurants, quit eating the snacks, start eating some fruits, and get outside and walk, and then walk a little further the next day, and when you drop a few pounds,start to jog a 100 yards, walk a 100 yards and so on. Start now, because if you don't do something now, when you get to be a teenager, it will be a lot tougher.

Okay first off im over weight and jogging 100 yards is way to easy i'd say about 200 meters
also a really fast way is go on the South Beach Diet. I lost about 7 lbs in 1 week on the first phase but it gets slower.
Phase 1 gets you going and cuts belly fat
phase 2 continue this until you lose enough weight
phase 3 continue this to stay on track
if you dont stick to it, thats fine but if you eat cake and at restaurants go back to phase 1 for a week then continue where you left off

Um i dont have advice but im 11 years lod and im a boy and i weigh about 205 pounds please how can i lose ate least 100 pounds

Um hi im 11 also and im a boy buy im 205 pounds so we have the same problem but u can lose weight if u try your best at it

I'm a 11 year old boy too and i weigh 135 pounds. To stay in shape you need to start eating Heather foods and workout at least 3 times a week. When I mean workout I mean run,do push ups,do pull ups, and by the fourth week you will most likely lost 15 to 20 pounds. Also get into some sports.
