What Is The Remote Code For 32" Emerson Hdtv?

You can try some of the following codes for your remote control Emerson: 10154, 10236, 10463, 10623, 10282, 10280, 10270, 10180, 10178, 10039, 10038,  1944, 11929, 11928, 11911, 11394, 10185, 10183, 10182, 10181,10179, 10019, 10171, 11963, 10177 and 10158.

If none of these codes work for your Emerson HD Ready TV, you might need to go back to the shop where you bought it from. If you have purchased your set in the last four weeks, you should be able to get a refund provided you have a receipt and you explain you cannot work the television.

The shop may actually provide you with another remote control for your Emerson TV or they may suggest other alternatives as to why it is not working. You should also check the batteries in your original remote control. This sometimes works so all you need to do is to remove the batteries and if you have Duracell or Energise batteries then press them at both sides to measure how much power is still in the batteries. Then remove the case from the back of the remote control and slot the batteries in.

Please take into account to line them up properly in the case plus to minus. If this does not work and you cannot get your Emerson TV working then you should buy a universal controller. These particular types of controllers will enable you to control pretty much any TV as they cover all different types of brands of TV from Sony to Sanyo and Toshiba. The best solution would be to check with your local stockist to see if they have any of these available.

Directv just came out with a new remote that has a code for emerson lcd's.  It's the rc65.  You can find it on ebay and the code is 11864.

Code 11864 works great and as long as you have a newer receiver and remote it will work for your Emerson LCD.

The only remote that will work for the Emerson, which I finally broke down and purchased, is any of the logitech remotes. The only problem with them are there price.. Other than that, it works perfectly and I can control everything, and I mean everything with it.

Hate to add to this already bad news, but I have the same HDTV and can't program it either, I realize I also had a regular emerson tv with dvd built in 4 years ago and its remote, which is diff than the one you are asking about, also can't be programmed into any universal remote.  My guess is Emerson does their own thing and does not prescribe to any standards as most all tv manufactures.   I do not recommend ever buying Emerson for this reason alone.

If you can get the Female Voice Prompted remote from Radio Shack 15-2146, you can find a lot of codes for DirectTV on page 38. Emerson 32 and 37 also have the same codes because the remotes are the same.

I too have problems trying to program my Entone Remote for my 32 inch Emerson HDTV. I cannot find the correct code for the tv. Anyone have this 4 digit code?
