while exercise is great, as long as you eat in moderation, you do not need to worry about missing a workout and gaining weight.  A normal body can fluctuate about 5 pounds based on water retention, bowel movements, menstruation cycles, etc anyways, so you should never weigh yourself more than once per week.    As someone who was an exercise junky, food monitoring, weight conscience teen, I know now that who you are inside is much more important.  It is not fun to hang around with people obsessed with their weight.  Ask any boy if he'd rather hang out with a curvy eater or a stick who won't participate in going out for a pizza.  Being too skinny can cause harsher health problems(and even death) and more avoidance by your peers than being slightly overweight.    I would recommend the book "The best Little Girl in the World, but unfortunately, as a teen with your worries, it could just lend as a self help book to add to your problem rather than showing you why you should seek some counseling.  I know I used the "Kessa" chant while running to keep my focus.

No, you should not gain weight, unless you really ate excessively.  Actually, you probably would.....everyone's weight fluctuates throughout the course of the day, and you should be weighing yourself no more than once a week to see if you gain or lost weight.

Guidelines suggest that you work out a minimum of 30 minutes a day on most days of the week.  It does not say that you have to work out on a daily basis.  If you really love working out, and you work out seven days a week, then great.  But you really should be giving your muscles some time to rest and repair themselves, anyway.
