Some companies even insist in writing skills too (Accenture,Infy etc).If you are an IT or CSE graduate, expect technical questions too. When a newcomer enters in any software industry, he might be asked different types of questions. At first the main thing is education. He might be asked what is his qualification and from which institution he got his degree. It is necessary that the university should be recognized. The second step comes when he might be asked about his experience, although he is fresh. What is his experience in programming and at which level? Whether he is expert in using different tools? He has to prove his ability in using software and making software's for any industry. He has to explain his prepared projects such as; Accounting system, Payroll system, Sales system etc. He might be asked about his experience in software developing and he did this for which industry? Why did he leave the post from the previous company? He has to show his expertise in a specific field, for example programming, database, web development or any other.

If he is conforming, then he might be asked general questions about himself, his family, and his residence. He might be asked about the expected salary or other benefits he wants to get from the industry. When he will be available for the job?
