    Don't take anything! The best way for weightloss is eating right and excersising! Eat mainly fruits and vegetables and keep the carbs to the minimum, also 2 - 3 times a week do a cardio excersise to burn any excess fat you may have. Diet pills and drinks are unhealthy, if it takes you a few seconds to pronounce some of the ingredients; it's not good. A good thing to get; if you are one to snack, is all natural potatoe chips, with only potatoes, sunflower oil, salt and canola oil in them, they are great to snack on, and are super healthy. Your body will thank-you!

      Nothing is best.. Every body is different from one another.. Whats good for me might not be for you... Ask someone you are much related.. Chances are you might have the same result..
