How Could I Improve My Fitness? I Was A Forward Now I'm Playing 8 Man...(rugby)

I've been playing rugby for a couple of years now, but at the 1,3 or 2! Now I've lost weight and are a lot lighter on my feet. My team moved me to # 8. But I'm not that fit to play that position; but want too!

    You have not indicated your age and height. Anyhow, improve your diet. Go for jogging daily. Jogging will improve your breath during play and good diet will give you strength. Improve protein and carbohydrate intake along with fruit juices.
