What Is The Results Of European Partitioning Of Africa?

It has caused civil unrest and wars.  Anyone making a claim upon a land in order to profit from their resourses, try to take control of the people as well.  They seperate them, as in apartait, which does not allow blacks to socialize with whites, and so on.  It is a sad thing, because it is slavery forcing people to work for a rich country, and then impose their laws and keep them poor.  When the upheavel began to happen in the 80's many people died.  One of my friend's came here to go to school and when he returned wrote terrified that I was not recognizing him.  The government were intervening his letters. Shortly after, that part of nigeria, where he worked, were deported to prisons or worse, death.  Never heard from him since and never found out what happenend
