    We Have An Automatic Transmission. When The Engine Is Cold It Works Fine, When It Warms Up It Starts Slipping And Looses Power Especially If Going Up A Hill?

    Without a lot more information... Take it into a reputable transmission repair facility. It may only need adjusting.
