Does Any One Have Permanent Makeup?

I looked into permant eyeliner a couple years ago. It is not done in a tattoo place but in a doctor's office. First you will have to find a doctor that does it. Just 2 years ago the price of it was $500 for the top and $350 for the bottom. I looked at several pictures of patients that had it done and the ones that had only the bottom looked odd. I also found out that permanamt didn't mean forever. It was only good for 3-5 years. Thats a lot of money for that short period of time.  I don't think I spent that much on eyeliner to make it cost effective. I doubt if I spent $850 in 5 years for eyeliner, and I wear it every day. I decided not to have it done. Theres also the risk of infection as it is an invasive procedure involving needles and injection of ink.
