Do U Think Children Under The Age Of Ten Should Have Phones?

No, my son is 10 and he wants a phone....it is very costly and he looses his shoes, and can't remember to bring his homework home, I'm going to wait until he is older and more responsible

I don't believe a child under the age of ten needs their own phone.  At that age I believe they should still be supervised by an adult most of the time so thier is really no need.
