Out of seven names we used in a week are of Scandinavian origin and remaining three comers from different sources. if talking about the days name the Sunday is the named in the honor of the sun, Monday as the name shows from the Moon, Tuesday from Tiw, is the Scandinavian God of the War, Wednesday derive from the word Wooden which was Scandinavian gods, Thursday comer after the name Thor, which was the God for thunder, Friday (or figga), the goddess of friendship its name was given to Friday and Saturday from the word Saturn.

February have 29 days in the leap year why? Almost 2000 years ago Julius who reorganized the calendar .he also added some extra days after every fourth year as following the instruction given to him by Greek astronomer. it was necessary to do because earth takes 365 days ,5 hours and 48 minutes and 46 minutes to complete its circle around the sun. According to roman by keeping 365 days a years, ceremonies and other festivals did not come in proper line with the different seasons.

Then in 1582 Pope Gregory tries to make some changes to make the whole system more accurate. By ruling the century years as 1700,1800,1900 etc should not be treated as leap year unless and until they are divisible by 400.so at that time there was not a 29th February in 1900  but it comes one in the year 2000.
