Great Steak Sauces!Where Can I Find It?
I have been looking for a great steak sauce that you can make at home and it have to be awesome!!!!!PLZ ANSWER ME no mushrooms please spicy but kinda sweet

A lovely simple sauce is just mushroom sauce:
Fry button or sliced top quality mushrooms in 1 oz butter, shake over 1 oz flour and stir until combined. Gradually add 1 pint milk over low heat (less if it's getting too thick.) Use a little cream instead of some of the milk if you want it really rich. Let it thicken over low heat for 5 min, and add a little brandy just before serving. Serves 4 steaks.
Or I found this one just now - it looks lovely but I've never tried it. Have a nice evening!
