Hum is a tiny town which is located in the central part of Istria, which is located to the North West of Croatia. It lies just seven kilometres from Roč. It lies 14 km to the south east of Buzet, which lies above the Mirna Valley. The elevation of the town of Hum is just 349 m. It is the smallest town in the world. The total population of the town of Hum is only 17 people. It is included in the Guinness World Records as the world's smallest town. This small town has all the features of a medieval urban and Architectural organization. The only famous attraction of the town is the 'Hum's Bell Tower'.
