Greenies are a source of calories, 1-15% of calories are usually from a fat source.  Too many greenies can definitely cause gastrointestinal upset-diarrhea, vomiting, lethargy, and not wanting to eat.  If enough were eaten it is possible she could develop pancreatitis.

If she ingested a large piece of a greenie I would be concerned about a foreign body obstruction in her intestines.  This is a serious condition and requires surgery.  The greenies are supposed to be highly digested by stomach acid but a large piece swallowed could move into the intestines before complete digestion could occur.

Within 2 hours of ingestion your veterinarian can make your dog vomit and retrieve the greenies.  If it has been beyond 2 hours most of the stomach contents should have moved into the intestine so inducing vomiting will not help.

If your dogs starts vomiting, won't eat or drink, and become lethargic please have her examined by a veterinarian.
