Thanks for the info, and after speaking to India (hard to understand)  tech, I couldn't make head or tell of my complaint except that it would cost me over $400.00 ( thats more than I paid for it ) to get a password changed which is not my fault.  I've only used one password for three of my computers so how can it be my fault. My opinion is Toshiba Sucks  Buy American
