Can I Get Charged More Deposit After 2 Years Of Living In The Home?
My landlord is tring to ask me for more deposit and i have already gave him a deposit when i first moved in october 1, 2005

Answers
No, you can't be charged more deposit after 2 years of living in the home unless it is written in your contract. At the time when you taken the land on rent, you have signed an agreement. Read that agreement. If it is written in the agreement that he will charge you more deposit after 2 years then you have to pay him. Otherwise, he is asking a unlawful thing from you.
