If You Don't Pay A Speeding Ticket In Another State Can It Affect My Ca License?

Answer Question

Yes it can, when you are pulled over again for anything they will run a check. In the system they will see unpaid tickets or the cause and inform you of this. Depending on what the other state did to your license they could issue you another ticket, refuse to let you drive, or something else. I would suggest contacting the other state or pulling a copy of your driving record and paying the ticket soon. The longer you wait the worse it looks. I am still trying to get a license after 10 years of not having one for a stupid speeding and driving on suspended license ticket. Think its time to call an attorney.
