If that is your regular resting heart rate I would take a trip to your nearest er and pop 650mg of asa on the way. Your heart is working too hard for that rate, the aspirin will thinn your blood...ideal blood presure in most is between 120-80 and 139-85.....your pressure isnt that high but your pulse is. See a doctor

Yes it is however; your pulse can fluctuate daily as you move around. It's best to take a more accurate reading each day for seven (7) days and/or one (1) week of your reading and if it varies around 141/96; yes this would be considered high and would need to be treated if it is not regulating itself to 120/80 or as close to the normal blood pressure as required. But depending on your height, weight, and diet, the 141/96 could be normal for your body and the temperature of your body; although the 101 pulse is a tad bit high in general. A normal pulse should be around 80-85 respectively, but again we are speaking about height, weight and etc. That is unknown here in this question. Read your blood pressure for an entire week and see if it elevates and/or regulates itself back or around 120/80 or not. If not, make an appointment to see your family doctor or medical professional.

Hello my friend! Glad you are OK and that you went to the doctor. Get back to me when you feel like it and let me know how you're doing. I've had high blood pressure all my life so I know alot of the ins and outs of it all as well as how it affects your body. Be sure to keep your feet up and elevated and if you can just relax and take all worries out of your mind. Hope to hear back from you real soon.
