    Rental Fee per hour = $4
    Month Fee = 35
    So equation will become
    4x+35 = c
    2) Court Rental Fee per hour = $ 6.5
    Monthly fee = 0
    6.5x + 0 =c
     
    4x+35 < 6.5x
    6.5x-4x>35
    2.5x >35
    x > 14
    Number of hours must be greater than 14
