No, no a thousand times NO! Just this day I was driving beside a guy and noticed he was drifting into my lane of traffic. I looked over and he was texting. I honked and he dropped the phone and then swerved into the opposite lane of traffic. He almost hit someone else. You can not concentrate fully on 2 different things as the same time.
