Offline promotion which supports company online campaign helps to build on the brand by a lifting the brand awareness and helping to develop a level of trust with their customers who will eventually lead to referrals, sales and customer loyalty.
An offline promotion or communication strategy can simply help draw people to company site by showing the way (web address) and creating a preview of what they will find when they get there. Even though a simple web address on a business card seems like a basic attempt to promote the site, it is surprising how many business put email addresses on the business card but fail to list the web address.
The web address and value proposition needs to be in the customers face during the decision making process.
