I have a 6 month old black female cat and have noticed her nipples are pink....does this mean she is pregnant or do cats normally have pink nipples?

You cannot call it pregnant unless its nipple enlarges in size. It might be the case that your cat has natural pink nipples but if they are turning into pink then it has definitely conceived kittens. Sometimes there is discharge from nipples and they swell. All you have to do is wait till you get any other symptom of its pregnancy. Take care of it and give it healthy high quality diet if your suspected situation comes true.
