How Do U Loss Weight?

    There are a lot of suggestions out there about losing weight as well as books, internet,films,magazines,etc. I found that exercise and a proper diet is the best way to go. I had one real good balanced meal a day, stayed away from fats, and walked 2 miles everyday and in 6 weeks I lost 85 pounds.

      I've used Beachbody Fitness Programs to help me loose weight. I've regularly work out 5-6 days a week. All Beachbody Fitness Programs come with nutrition plans to follow. I used it to eat 5 times a day with focus on protein and vegetables plus limiting sugars, carbs, and fats.
