    Overhead expenses become important in order to attract more customers and ensure smooth operation of the restaurant. You should make a list of all the over head expenses like advertising, utility: this includes cutlery, lamps, chairs, tables and many other things that make a restaurant look like a restaurant, maintenance: getting the walls painted, the furniture fixed, the stoves fixed, or the wood polished etc.

    Many other supplies that you think are unnecessary like big hideous decorative items that restaurant owner's purchase in self indulgence are completely not asked for, you can have a regular maintenance system which will keep the place in the best shape so you save on spending a lot at once. Your advertising strategy must be well thought of, try and resort to cheaper and smarter ways to advertise. Like instead of a big hoarding 10 miles away, invest lesser in a nice and inviting banner near the restaurant. Review upon things to see what is really not needed.
