    If A Woman Has A Lawsuit With A Pharmaceutical Company Prior To Marriage, Will The Settlement Be Split With The Man Upon Divorce?

    Before marriage my friend filed a law suit and is now getting divorced. Will the soon to be ex-husband walk away with half her settlement money even though the incident was prior to their marriage?

      Each state is different but usually this will be yours, as it is prior to the marriage.....good luck
