    You would need to understand that you cannot simply tell whether a tumour is malignant by looking at it. Malignant tumours are cancerous. Thus, cancer could potentially invade and ultimately destroy neighbouring tissues; creating metastases. Breast cancer, the most common kind of cancer affection women all over the world, is cancer of your breast tissue.

    Some of the popular screening methods would include breast self-examination as well as a mammography. Ultrasounds are also used along with other screening tools. While Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) may prove helpful keep in mind that there are disadvantages such as a few cases of false percentages.
