    My Daughter Has A Staph Infection In Her Leg. Is She Able To Work? She Has Been Off For Three Days And Still Feels Very Poorly, But, Her Employer Is Pressuring Her To Come Back To Work.

    Daughter recently diagnosed with staph, possibly MRSA.

    Your daughter has the right to get sick leaves if she has illness or not feeling well.Just give an application stating the infection precisely and also reasoning why she is not able to work.
