Why Is The 'Extension Of Time' (EOT) Clause So Important In A Building Contract?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

Well, when building they make a set limit of how long they want it to be under construction. If done on time or even earlier, the workers are paid a bonus. If not finished on time they lose so much of their earnings. That is why it is in a contract. Hope all my info is correct.
