The flight is somewhat pricey, and that's ok, i can just afford it a bit more comfortably in payments

Baby if they had a layaway plan for flights i would jump all over it the best thing for this flight is to safe it put it somewhere where you know you won't spend it i don't think there is a place or site that would do anything like that because imagine if you invested your money with monthly payments and u decided that you no longer wanted the flight you would then expect a refund, and they didn't not do that you would be asked out...

Oh by the way, I just remembered I had check on a cruise some years ago and they did have something similar to my question and a penalty if you changed your plans. But its probubly not a good deal for a company to do that. Thanks again. Rob
