What Tribe Has Never Signed A Peace Treaty? Why?

I have only seen one movie about them and it was very low budget. And they have never been defeated! Plus the Conquistadors stayed away from them!

    Seminoles are Native Americans people who have never signed a treaty .These are Creek People and are known as the "Unconquered People".They reside at Oklahoma city.In 1957 and 1962 ,they entered an agreement with US government which gave recognize them as sovereign people.

    The Hopi and Kootenai Tribes have also never signed a formal treaty with any non-indian nation. Also, the Seminoles (which have more than one tribe) have several reservations on their original lands in Florida, as well as the one in Oklahoma.
