Generally, anything below 90/60 is considered to be low blood pressure, and only one of those numbers needs to be below that level (i.e., 110/50 would be low blood pressure, but 100/65 would not be).  Ideal blood pressure is 115/75, though the fact that yours is lower than that is not a cause for concern.  Factors that come into play include how physically fit are you?  Do you eat healthy?  do you smoke?  Also, blood pressure will vary in you.  If at one time, you're at 107/xx, the next time, you could be at 115/xx, or 121/xx, and then 100/xx.  The only way to really know what your blood pressure is, is to take several readings over the course of a week or two and average them out.

You have not mentioned your age, sex, race etc. Normal values can vary. In UK. For many peoples, a blood pressure of 90/60 to 120/80 is considered to be normal. A drop of 20 mmHg can cause problems.
